Linear LED Luminaires BX3

BX3 linear LED luminaires are part of the professional BX3 lighting line in the GreenIce catalog: elongated fixtures that spread light continuously and evenly, perfect for replacing old fluorescent fixtures in offices, shops, workshops and garages. This subcategory is updated with models from the line as they are added to the catalog.

Types of linear LED luminaires

In the GreenIce linear luminaire family you'll find different formats to use as a reference:

• Surface-mounted linear fixtures: from 30 cm to 150 cm, with wattages from 10 W to 60 W and outputs of up to 6,000 lm.
• CCT linear fixtures: with adjustable color temperature, for spaces whose use changes.
• Linkable linear fixtures: connect to each other to create continuous lines of light, surface-mounted or suspended.
• Linear fixtures with microwave sensor: switch on only when someone is present, very useful in hallways, stairwells and garages.

You can see all available models in linear LED ceiling lights.

Applications

• Offices: continuous lines over workstations.
• Shops: lighting for aisles and product shelving.
• Workshops, warehouses and garages: as an alternative to LED batten lights or, in damp environments, to LED vapor-tight fixtures.
• Kitchens and work areas at home: in short formats.

How to choose a linear LED luminaire

Length and wattage

Choose the length based on the space and the fixture you're replacing: 60, 120 or 150 cm are the sizes equivalent to the most common fluorescents.

Efficiency

Compare lumens per watt: over 100 lm/W is a good benchmark for professional linear fixtures.

Color temperature

4000 K for offices and shops; 6000 K for workshops and garages; 3000 K for living areas.

Mounting and control

Decide whether you'll install it surface-mounted or suspended and whether you need a presence sensor or dimming.
