How to choose a lamp holder string

Length and number of light points

Measure the distance you want to cover and allow extra for the sag between anchor points. The 10-meter string has 20 light points and the 20-meter string has 40.

Base

Both strings use an E27 base, the most common type, so you can choose from our full range of E27 LED bulbs.

Suitable bulbs

Choose low-wattage LED bulbs: they use little energy, barely heat up and reduce the total load on the string. For outdoor use, bulbs made of glass or tough polycarbonate are the best option.

Protection

The IP65 rating protects against dust and water jets, but always connect the string to an outdoor-rated socket.
