The LED tube provides attractive lighting, with an exceptional duration and, being low in consumption, allows energy savings.

Benefits of an LED tube: p>

  • The main advantage is energy savings, of more than 50%. It should be noted that the consumption of a conventional tube, apart from its own consumption, requires a ballast whose consumption ranges between 3 and 8 Watts per tube. Another fundamental advantage is the savings in maintenance (replacement of starters, ballasts, and tubes...) since the LED tube does not need ballasts or ballasts.
  • Hours of life: < strong>LED tubes last more than 30,000 hours, compared to 10,000 hours for a good fluorescent tube
  • Resistance: LED tubes can withstand shocks or vibrations much more than fluorescent tubes . In fact, they are removable and repairable, something impossible for fluorescent tubes.

  • Started: The LED tubes are instant start and do not affect their hours of life. When changing, a fluorescent tube takes time to start and the number of daily starts affects its life.
  • Environment: LED tubes do not need any gas to light up, fluorescent tubes they are made with mercury vapor and mercury compounds, they are chemical products that are highly dangerous for human health and the environment.

Where is it convenient to install LED tubes?

Led Tubes are normally installed in places with many hours of lighting: Parking lighting, Hotel lighting, University and College lighting, Office lighting, Shopping center lighting.

For long periods of lighting it is advisable to use LED tubes with an aluminum body since they dissipate heat much better.
