Circular downlights suit almost any room: hallways and entryways with low-wattage models, kitchens and bathrooms with medium-wattage models and good moisture protection, and offices or shops with higher-output, low-luminance downlights for working without distracting glare.

How to choose a circular downlight

Cut-out diameter

Measure the ceiling hole or plan the opening before buying. The cut-out diameter must match the one given in the datasheet.

Wattage and lumens

6–9 W for hallways, 12 W for bedrooms and bathrooms, 18 W or more for kitchens, large living rooms or commercial premises.

Color temperature

Warm light (2700–3000K) in relaxation areas, neutral (4000K) in kitchens, bathrooms and offices, and cool (6000K) in technical spaces.

Driver and dimming
