Indoor Lighting BX3

BX3 indoor lighting brings together, within the GreenIce catalog, a selection of luminaires for homes, offices and shops focused on two highly popular solutions: recessed ultra-slim LED downlight panels and mounting accessories for LED panels. These products are designed to upgrade lighting easily, with low energy use and a discreet finish on the ceiling.

BX3 indoor lighting products

Ultra-slim LED panels with 2 kV protection

Very thin recessed panels, available in 6 W, 9 W, 12 W and 18 W. Their key feature is 2 kV surge protection, which helps protect the electronics against voltage spikes on the grid, one of the most common causes of premature failure in LED luminaires.

  • 6 W and 9 W: for hallways, small bathrooms, wardrobes and auxiliary light points.
  • 12 W: for kitchens, bedrooms and large walkways.
  • 18 W: for living rooms, offices or premises where you need more light output per fixture.

Accessories for LED panels

In the BX3 recessed LED panels subcategory you'll find the 60x60 cm surface-mount frame, which lets you mount a panel on ceilings without an accessible suspended ceiling.

Uses and applications

  • Homes: replacing old downlights in kitchens, bathrooms and hallways.
  • Offices: general lighting with recessed panels and downlights.
  • Shops and medical offices: even light and a clean ceiling, without bulky fixtures.
  • Renovations: thanks to their shallow depth, ultra-slim panels can be installed even in suspended ceilings with little space.

How to choose your indoor lighting

Wattage and lumens

Work out how much light the room needs: work areas require more lumens than hallways or bedrooms.

Cut-out diameter

Before buying a recessed panel, measure the ceiling hole and compare it with the cut-out given in the datasheet.

Color temperature

3000 K for bedrooms and living rooms, 4000 K for kitchens, bathrooms and offices, 6000 K for garages and technical spaces.

Electrical protection

2 kV protection is a plus in installations with frequent voltage spikes or where replacing luminaires is costly.
